Products of Nanostreams are bound by Nanostreams’ terms and conditions, therefore making an order from Nanostreams means that you agree completely to our terms and conditions and our privacy policy. No change of these terms and conditions unless agreed to in writing and signed by Nanostreams’ officer or other authorized representative seller. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the online website and/or the services for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time. Thus, it is your responsibility as a customer or partner to review Nanostreams’ terms and conditions on each time, you access our services or online website. Changes will be effective instantly after posting on the website.

Nanostreams accepts online orders and orders over the phone (by phone normally in the UK). This website has been designed for customers to order nanoparticles online at Nanostreams as easily as possible. Simply select your required product, click ‘add to basket’, proceed to checkout, and fill in your details.

If we accept your order, your order will be sent to you either nationally or internationally. So please choose the correct delivery contacts, as we will not be responsible for your incorrect details. Nanostreams encourages customers to contact our sales by email before putting an order in order to be sure about their orders.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

After making an order, you may not be able to cancel, change or amend your order except only by written agreement from our sales. So please, we encourage you to discuss your order with our technical staff before placing your order and choose the right option. Buyer may not cancel the order unless such cancellation is agreed to in writing by Nanostreams or another representative seller.
In this case, Nanostreams advises the buyer of the total charge for such cancellation, and the buyer agrees to pay such charges, including, but not limited to, storage and shipment costs, costs of production of custom materials and costs of purchase, and any other cost resulting from cancellation of this order by the buyer. Because of the nature of products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 2 working days of the date of delivery

DELIVERY:

Nanostreams reserves the right to determine the exact method of shipment and delivery time and reserves the right to make delivery to be separately invoiced, without regard to subsequent deliveries. Products are subject to availability, thus, in the event that we are unable to supply the product or any alternative acceptable product to you, we shall notify you as soon as it is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

Immediately upon customers’ receipt of Nanostreams’ shipped products, customers shall inspect the product and notify us immediately of any damage. If the customer fails to notify us within five days of receiving the order, such products shall conclusively be considered to conform to the terms and conditions and have been accepted by the buyer. Nanostreams will not be liable for any loss, damage, or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to manufacture and deliver the product due to any causes out of our control, including, without limitation, other governmental act, regulation, or accident, theft, and damage. Shipment will be made promptly even if prices have been nominally increased. Price reductions will be automatically applied to your invoice.

USE OF PRODUCTS:

Nanostreams’ products are intended primarily for laboratory research purposes and are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to, in foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals or commercial purposes. The buyer must acknowledge that the products have not been tested by the Nanostreams for safety and efficacy in these fields as in food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, commercial, or any other use unless otherwise stated in our certificate sent to the buyer with the product.

The customer or the buyer has the responsibility to verify the hazards and complete any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using our products. The customer or the buyer also has the duty to warn other users or customers and any auxiliary personnel of any risks involved in using or handling the products and nanoparticles.

PAYMENT:

Sales are made online through the website worldwide and the customer will receive an email of his/her order. Nanostreams will let the buyer know the expected delivery time. If sales are through invoice (normally be in the UK), you will be prompted to pay part of the order and pay the rest within 30 days. We may delay or postpone the delivery of the products without notice. Any use of tax, sales tax, duty, custom, inspection or testing fees, or any other fees or charges of any nature whatsoever imposed by any governmental authority shall be paid by the buyer or added to the invoice.

CURRENCY AND PRICES:

We guarantee our written quotations for 30 days. When placing your order, please reference your order number or the quoted prices on our website in your emails to us.
